HOW TO SET YOUR DSTV DECODER

The decoder must be configured the "Public Pas 7/10" satellite (South Africa Only)

Select Menu

Select option 7 "Advanced options" and select OK

Select option 1 "Dish installation" and select OK

Type the pin code 9949 and select OK

Select option 2 "Network 2" (Make sure it is on DSTV Pas 7) and select OK

Select option 6 "Frequency" and select OK

Push the left arrow 5 times and change the new Frequency to 12722, and select OK.

Select option 7 "Symbol Rate" and select OK

Push the left arrow 5 times and change the Symbol Rate to 26657, and select OK

Select option 8 "FEC" and select OK

Push the left arrow until it is on ½, and select OK

Select option 9 "Polarisation", and select OK

Push the left arrow and make sure it displays "Vertical"

Select option 10 "Use NIT" make sure it displays "Yes"

Select option 11 "Accept all displayed values and leave screen", and select OK

Select option 6 "Scan all networks", and select OK

To watch Kruiskyk select TV on your remote

Push the up arrow once until it displays "Public Pas 7/10.Select OK

Push the right arrow until it displays channel 38.

If you want to go back to DSTV, Select TV on the remote, and then slelct DSTV.
